The fall is such a beautiful time here in Upstate New York and every winter I miss it even more.

Mike and Cassidy are engaged

I know I know I have been slacking with blogging the past few months. Heres a few of Cassidy and Mike's engagement session this past fall at Filmore Glen in Moravia New York. There wasn't much light out but they still rocked it!

Erik & Megan are Engaged

A few weeks ago I met up with Erik and Megan at their home out near Norwitch, NY. We drove around their land in their Kuboto. I had never heard of a Kuboto until this session, but I am convinced that if I had my own land it would be one of my first purchases. The best thing about it was that it was heated since we are approaching late fall. We did half their session on their land and did the other half in Downtown. I was really happy because I got to capture a type of image that I have wanted to do forever which is the giant pillar. I really love architecture and the fact that there was none around was even better! I cannot wait until their wedding next September.

Jami and Julianna are Engaged

A few weeks ago I met up with Julianna, Andy and their adorable Pugs at the lake. I absolutely love when clients bring dogs to get photographed, after all they are part of the family too.

Jason and Alexis are engaged

Its an amazing thing when one of your friends gets engaged, especially when you can tell that they have found someone who genuinely makes them so happy. Jason is in the Airforce and stationed in Arkansas, Alexis is from New York, and after doing the distance thing for a while he proposed to her with the most gorgeous antique ring. He wore his Blues, and to go with she wore the cutest lace dress, and those heels! it just popped perfectly. We headed to the picturesque  Skaneateles Lake just right before sunset and I got to capture the most beautiful light.
