Sophia turns one

I absolutely love growing with my families as the years go by. Last April I photographed Sophia when she was just a week old, and now shes one. Its kind of crazy how fast they grow up!

TJ and Diana are engaged

This time last year Diana had contacted me to photograph her wedding this upcoming October out in Albany, NY. We wanted to wait until the weather was perfect for their engagement session and I must say we had a beautiful overcast that any photographer would swoon over.

Erik & Megan are Engaged

A few weeks ago I met up with Erik and Megan at their home out near Norwitch, NY. We drove around their land in their Kuboto. I had never heard of a Kuboto until this session, but I am convinced that if I had my own land it would be one of my first purchases. The best thing about it was that it was heated since we are approaching late fall. We did half their session on their land and did the other half in Downtown. I was really happy because I got to capture a type of image that I have wanted to do forever which is the giant pillar. I really love architecture and the fact that there was none around was even better! I cannot wait until their wedding next September.

Luke & Kelli

I photographed Kelli and her family last Fall and let me tell you I was so glad that she sent me a message to photograph her and her boyfriend a few weeks ago. We met at the lake and while exploring I found the most amazing field. I grabbed some of my vintage props in my trunk that I knew would go perfectly with the field, and this is what we got.

Alissa is a Senior

I first met Alissa and her mom Lisa at my favorite little cafe in Homer "Origins." After sitting in the cafe for an hour chatting I knew that i was going to enjoy every bit of this session. A friend and makeup artist Anastacia Mosher did Alissa's makeup and it looked completely flawless. My advice for any woman young or old, at least once get your makeup done by a professional, it will make you feel ten times more glamorous that you would have ever imagined. We met at my favorite park right on Cayuga Lake and we couldn't have picked a better spot. Alissa's personality sparkles through in every image. This is one of those sessions that i come home crying after. I am so in love with the idea that i get to make people feel beautiful all while capture their identity.
